I am loved

Tonight was part of a tradition of celebrating my birthday  with  my Church family from The Ring @ Zippy's,this has been a  I guess going on a 6 year tradition  and every time it blows my mind when i read the cards and see the posters every one puts up on the wall .I have  have been going to the Ring since the early 2000's  when we were still a college Ministry of parkview Baptist Church, and  I  so amazed to see where God has brought us ,and how much he has  grown us. We ,   The Ring is now a church  ,we have been a church I think 4 years , and it is so awesome to see  The Bride Christ grow  every day!!

The Holidays are here almost

Before you know it Christmas will be here, and I love this time of year its about gift giving and spending time with family !!! But this this Christmas to go along with Advent Conspiracy to spend less but give more I am wondering what I could do, well here something i could do is give towards helping end Human trafficking, but I need Ideas of ways I could raise money to give towards this if any of my fan that read my blog have ideas on thing i could make or whatever i could do to raise money for this Christmas to give please comment or email me @ slimww2002@gmail.com ty.

this summer is gonna be a blast

I am getting involved with the ARC of Baton Rouge , it is For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.



I am gonna be playing Baseball this summer , then Kick Ball !!! The are tons of things to get involved with , The ARC is associated wit BREC < I am just pumped I plan on posting more as stuff comes up and I will try to post pictures on here !!! Oh last thing I will be playing soccer with the ARE when Soccer starts back up !!!

my plans ae not always His plans

Yes my plans are not always his plans, some of my plans are goals an achievements are sometimes can be selfish , like when I say a goal is to one day walk out on a stage at a muscle and fitness competition and flex and show off , I don't think that is his plan. Two years ago I learn to snowboard with an adaptive instructor and after that I had dreams and plans of wanting to help designing stuff for adaptive snowboarding ,and one of my goals and plans since I went to school for computers is to teach people to use there computers and maybe work for a church doing networking , some of these are not bad plans and goals but are they His plans or are they mine, The Lord plans for me will be shown to me I just have keep my focus on him and follow Him.

hoping for the rain to be ended

Well I hope the rain stays gone for a while because I have try out for baseball with the ARC of Baton Rouge, The Arc is for kids and adult with disabilities to just have fun and meet others with similar limitations . Saturday is the baseball try outs and if the rain stays gone the ground wont be as muddy , I also am gonna sign up for swimming this summer ,and I have signed up for camp ARC so this summer should be fun!!!

Jesus Christ has the power to ...

Last week I go to for my check up at the eye doctor to get my pressure the pressure was was still high in the left eye the new drops had not lowered the pressure in the left eye, and with the optic nerve damage we need to get the pressure down, but my doctor can not explain how with glasses I see 20/25 on a very good day and 20/30 on an average day or even how in the right eye the optic nerve is healing the damage was 90% and is now 60%. There is only one explanation Jesus Christ ,and only he has the power to heal the damage that Glaucoma has done ,Jesus still does miracles everyday he is still opening the eyes of the blind . John 9
Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind
1 As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”

3 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him. 4 As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work. 5 While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

6 After saying this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes. 7 “Go,” he told him, “wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing. Matthew 9:27-30
Jesus Heals the Blind and the Mute
27 As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!”

28 When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”

“Yes, Lord,” they replied.

29 Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”; 30 and their sight was restored.
