Romans 12:1-16 (The Message)
Romans 12
Place Your Life Before God
1-2 So here's what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don't become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You'll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
3I'm speaking to you out of deep gratitude for all that God has given me, and especially as I have responsibilities in relation to you. Living then, as every one of you does, in pure grace, it's important that you not misinterpret yourselves as people who are bringing this goodness to God. No, God brings it all to you. The only accurate way to understand ourselves is by what God is and by what he does for us, not by what we are and what we do for him.
4-6In this way we are like the various parts of a human body. Each part gets its meaning from the body as a whole, not the other way around. The body we're talking about is Christ's body of chosen people. Each of us finds our meaning and function as a part of his body. But as a chopped-off finger or cut-off toe we wouldn't amount to much, would we? So since we find ourselves fashioned into all these excellently formed and marvelously functioning parts in Christ's body, let's just go ahead and be what we were made to be, without enviously or pridefully comparing ourselves with each other, or trying to be something we aren't.
6-8If you preach, just preach God's Message, nothing else; if you help, just help, don't take over; if you teach, stick to your teaching; if you give encouraging guidance, be careful that you don't get bossy; if you're put in charge, don't manipulate; if you're called to give aid to people in distress, keep your eyes open and be quick to respond; if you work with the disadvantaged, don't let yourself get irritated with them or depressed by them. Keep a smile on your face.
9-10Love from the center of who you are; don't fake it. Run for dear life from evil; hold on for dear life to good. Be good friends who love deeply; practice playing second fiddle.
11-13Don't burn out; keep yourselves fueled and aflame. Be alert servants of the Master, cheerfully expectant. Don't quit in hard times; pray all the harder. Help needy Christians; be inventive in hospitality.
14-16Bless your enemies; no cursing under your breath. Laugh with your happy friends when they're happy; share tears when they're down. Get along with each other; don't be stuck-up. Make friends with nobodies; don't be the great somebody.

Proverbs 24
Intelligence Outranks Muscle
19
1-2 Don't envy bad people; don't even want to be around them.
All they think about is causing a disturbance;
all they talk about is making trouble.
20
3-4 It takes wisdom to build a house,
and understanding to set it on a firm foundation;
It takes knowledge to furnish its rooms
with fine furniture and beautiful draperies.
21
5-6 It's better to be wise than strong;
intelligence outranks muscle any day.
Strategic planning is the key to warfare;
to win, you need a lot of good counsel.
22
7 Wise conversation is way over the head of fools;
in a serious discussion they haven't a clue.
23
8-9 The person who's always cooking up some evil
soon gets a reputation as prince of rogues.
Fools incubate sin;
cynics desecrate beauty.
Rescue the Perishing
24
10 If you fall to pieces in a crisis,
there wasn't much to you in the first place.
25
11-12 Rescue the perishing;
don't hesitate to step in and help.
If you say, "Hey, that's none of my business,"
will that get you off the hook?
Someone is watching you closely, you know—
Someone not impressed with weak excuses.
26
13-14 Eat honey, dear child—it's good for you—
and delicacies that melt in your mouth.
Likewise knowledge,
and wisdom for your soul—
Get that and your future's secured,
your hope is on solid rock.
27
15-16 Don't interfere with good people's lives;
don't try to get the best of them.
No matter how many times you trip them up,
God-loyal people don't stay down long;
Soon they're up on their feet,
while the wicked end up flat on their faces.
28
17-18 Don't laugh when your enemy falls;
don't crow over his collapse.
God might see, and become very provoked,
and then take pity on his plight.
29
19-20 Don't bother your head with braggarts
or wish you could succeed like the wicked.
Those people have no future at all;
they're headed down a dead-end street.
30
21-22 Fear God, dear child—respect your leaders;
don't be defiant or mutinous.
Without warning your life can turn upside down,
and who knows how or when it might happen?
More Sayings of the Wise
An Honest Answer
23 It's wrong, very wrong,
to go along with injustice.
24-25 Whoever whitewashes the wicked
gets a black mark in the history books,
But whoever exposes the wicked
will be thanked and rewarded.
26 An honest answer
is like a warm hug.
27 First plant your fields;
then build your barn.
28-29 Don't talk about your neighbors behind their backs—
no slander or gossip, please.
Don't say to anyone, "I'll get back at you for what you did to me.
I'll make you pay for what you did!"
30-34 One day I walked by the field of an old lazybones,
and then passed the vineyard of a lout;
They were overgrown with weeds,
thick with thistles, all the fences broken down.
I took a long look and pondered what I saw;
the fields preached me a sermon and I listened:
"A nap here, a nap there, a day off here, a day off there,
sit back, take it easy—do you know what comes next?
Just this: You can look forward to a dirt-poor life,
with poverty as your permanent houseguest!"

Radiohead is amazing ,but....
well I have to say I am a big Radiohead fan, but two people ,one of which I know and who is on his way to being famous joe Causey!!! Ok Joe and a girl named Brooke do amazing Radiohead covers , they have single handedly stomped Radiohead by making the songs that were written a million times better , you can go to Brookes website and there is a link to her youtube page on her site. I have been a fan of Brooke's for about 6 or 7 months,I happend to stumble across her youtube site while searching to see Radiohead covers to their songs and i have to say i was skeptical at first like oh this is gonna be lame like some of the others that try to cover songs and totally ruin the song . so if your a youtuber go check thebrooke out , and stop by my boy Joe Causey's my space site and check him out he is amazing

isn't God just amazing
I have alway be fascinated with comparing the human brain and other parts of the body to computer.The human brain is much like a computer in so many ways, your brain is much like a processor and a hard drive all in one, our bodies created By God are so amazing and to compare the functionalities of the of computers and humans is quiet interesting thing to study.For instance , your heart is like a power supply making the body become alive,but instead of electricity,the heart pumps blood thought out the body giving your major organs,joints,brain,etc... life.Our eyes serve in two ways one as a monitor allowing our us to see things, but also a projector that projects images to the brain that in return allows us to identify our objects and our surroundings, our moths are sort of the opposite of a key board but the function they serve can be to speak so that someone or something can input information.this, leaves me to the ears a person with normal hearing has no trouble using his ears,the ears serve as inputs or our second keyboards,because the eyes can serve in that way too as inputers or keyboards.What I know to be true is that God was the ultimeant Computer designer, but unlike computers this is where we are different ,God gave us free will,computer has to have a controller or a programmer to sit and write or input commands to make the computer function . If,God were to sit there and have to input commands or have to sit down and write program to make us function ,we would be merely nothing but puppets, but that free will God gives us ,we can either use to follow his design for our lives ,or not and choose other paths.

for today
To live in mutual love, forbearance, and forgiveness;
We must not only do no hurt to any, but do what good we can to all. Those who are the elect of God, holy and beloved, ought to be lowly and compassionate towards all. While in this world, where there is so much corruption in our hearts, quarrels will sometimes arise. But it is our duty to forgive one another, imitating the forgiveness through which we are saved. Let the peace of God rule in your hearts; it is of his working in all who are his. Thanksgiving to God, helps to make us
agreeable to all men. The gospel is the word of Christ. Many have the word, but it dwells in them poorly; it has no power over them. The soul prospers, when we are full of the Scriptures and of the grace of Christ. But when we sing psalms, we must be affected with what we sing. Whatever we are employed about, let us do every thing in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in believing dependence on him. Those who do all in (Christ's name, will never want matter of thanksgiving to God, even the Father.
(Col 3:18-25)
(Col 3:12-14 (The Message)
12-14So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It's your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.

I have some strange friends
I have some very talkative neighbors ,every time I go out side and if they see me they are out side they will start talking to me ,and i will return with a moo of my own because my friendly neighbors are cows!!! I am serious in when I say they talk to me because these cows will see me they will turn and look at me and they start mooing and we moo back and forth and when I stop mooing they go back to doing whatever they were doing. I have even been in the car with my mom and and if those cows are out they will raise their heads and moo, its so funny ,so i have to say i love my friendly neighbors and whats really gonna blow ur minds is it not just the female cows that ar grassing
its the bulls too!!

something else you may find down right funny and I was shocked when this happened,
while I am in Mexico I go out side from the back part of the church we stay at where
we stay at when we go to Mexico and I look out across the road and theres this donkey that was tied up close to this tree and the donkey is looking at me and just staring at me so i walk slowly to the donkey, and when I get up to this donkey it lowers it's head and I could see these flies tha6t were just annoying this poor donkey. That
donkey obviously wanted me to scratch its's head because it just kept it's head down the whole time , the donkey never tried to pull away,so I am here to say I can make
friends just about everywhere I go ,i can make friends with people and animals !!!

THE View 04/23/08
This was Josh Causey's last time to speak @ The View Psarkview Baptist Church's Yout ministry ,and to night we look at this verse in Psalms:
Psalm 126
Restore Our Fortunes, O LORD
A Song of(A) Ascents.
1When the LORD(B) restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who(C) dream.
2Then our(D) mouth was filled with laughter,
and our tongue with shouts of joy;
then they said among the nations,
(E) "The LORD has done great things for them."
3The LORD has done great things for us;
we are glad.
4Restore our fortunes, O LORD,
like streams in the Negeb!
5(F) Those who sow in tears
shall reap with shouts of joy!
6He who goes out weeping,
bearing the seed for sowing,
shall come home with shouts of joy,
bringing his sheaves with him.
Those returned out of captivity are to be thankful.
It is good to observe how God's deliverances of the church are for us, that we may rejoice in them. And how ought redemption from the wrath to come, from the power of sin and of Satan, to be valued! The sinner convinced of his guilt and danger, when by looking to a crucified Saviour he receives peace to his conscience, and power to break off his sins, often can scarcely believe that the prospect which opens to him is a reality. 126:4-6)
Psalm 126
Restore Our Fortunes, O LORD
A Song of(A) Ascents.
1When the LORD(B) restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who(C) dream.
2Then our(D) mouth was filled with laughter,
and our tongue with shouts of joy;
then they said among the nations,
(E) "The LORD has done great things for them."
3The LORD has done great things for us;
we are glad.
4Restore our fortunes, O LORD,
like streams in the Negeb!
5(F) Those who sow in tears
shall reap with shouts of joy!
6He who goes out weeping,
bearing the seed for sowing,
shall come home with shouts of joy,

"We tend to be more familiar with our duties than God's design" John Piper
I think this is because we tend to put other things one our priority list ahead of God and doing what he designed us for, we put the stuff that we know we have to do on a daily basis first and tend to put God on the then after I get done part of the list.

Eye floaters
Eye Floaters: What AreThey?
By Lu Baker
Takeaways
People see eye floaters as small specks, cobwebs, or clouds moving in their field of vision.
Nearly everybody has floaters or will develop them at some point of life.
They are harmless, and they usually are just bits of membrane.
Some of the people call them floaters; the Eye doctors call them "vitreous opacities." Vitreous floaters (eye floaters, vitreous opacities) are tiny, cloudy, clumps of cells that appear in the otherwise clear fluid (vitreous) that fills the back three-fourths of the eye. People see eye floaters as small specks, cobwebs, or clouds moving in their field of vision. A woman called Emily Flynn, has even said that hers are like little fuzz balls, and that she has flown half way around the world to have them removed.
After more than 100 pinpoint zaps from a laser beam during about a half hour visit to a Northern Virginia office park, the fuzz balls was gone. The surgeon, Dr. John Karickhoff has done this same procedure over 1,400 times in the past fifteen years and he claims a very successful rate of around more than 90 percent, with minimal risk of any complications. Still many of the ophthalmologists have never even heard of this procedure and even most would recommend against it. Nearly everybody has floaters or will develop them at some point of life, especially older and the nearsighted people.
These funny shaped floaters are like specks or snakes, which just float through a person's field of vision, and are most easily seen when you look against a light back ground like a blue sky or a white wall. I had visited my eye doctor years ago when I noticed these floaters. It scared me, but the doctor told me then that it was a teenage disease. So I just left it at that, it doesn't bother me now as much. It is right when the back ground is light, that you really notice them. Mine were the snake like floaters that went back and forth right in your eye path of reading. Floaters come and go with eye movements, such as blinking. They follow eye movements, but lag behind and float to a halt a few seconds after the eyes stop moving.
These images are most obviously appear when looking at a bright, uniform field of vision, such as a white wall or a clear sky. People may experience one or several floaters in one eye or both. Floaters are not the same as the spots you see after looking at intense light such as from a flashbulb. They are harmless, and they usually are just bits of membrane that have become dislodged from other parts of the eye. Karickhoff has estimated that around 95 percent of the people who have these floaters ought to leave them alone. But for that 5 percent, they can be a legitimate problem.
Some musicians have said that they couldn't read their sheet music quickly enough because the floaters would get in the way. Karickhoff has tried for many years to get the procedure accepted into the medical mainstream. This really could ruin a patient's quality of life. Only a handful of doctors in the United States, maybe a few as two, regularly treat floaters with a laser surgery. American Academy of Ophthalmology, said that most of the ophthalmologists believe that the procedure is unnecessary. The Ophthalmologist uses the laser to clear vision, but most experts say it is a waste of time.
If the patients insist on the treatment, then the laser treatment can be a better choice than the more common alternative, a vitrectomy, which involves removing most or all of the eyeballs internal fluid. Many of the eye doctors are too dismissive of how irritating a floater can be. Just compare it to trying to read a book while holding a pencil directly in front of one of your eyes. This could just be so irritating and maybe you would feel it will drive you up a wall. In Emily Flynn's case, her optometrist in New Zealand told her that the floaters were common and not harmful, and that she should learn to live with it. So she read up on it and learned about Dr. Karickhoff from his Web site.
Karickhoff had said that he knows first hand that the floaters can be troubling, and that he had what he called "whopper" of a floater in his own eye. The doctor was very skeptical when, on a Florida vacation, he saw a newspaper ad touting laser surgery for floaters. So then he sat in on a surgery preformed by another ophthalmologist and later allows this eye doctor to operate on his eye, and the procedure was a success. Not long after, Karickhoff began performing the procedures himself. Both eye doctors have since operated on thousands of patients. Karickhoff has said that he declines to treat patients who are making a mountain out of a molehill, because some of the patients will almost never be satisfied. The eye floaters can irritate some people, and others they don't notice too much at all. Your eye doctor will know what is best for you, if you have floaters, because your eye doctor may see if it may be more serious and how to treat.

song I love that are so pretty
coldplay
The Scientist
Come up to meet you, tell you I'm sorry
You don't know how lovely you are
I had to find you, tell you I need you
Tell you I set you apart
Tell me your secrets, and ask me your questions
Oh lets go back to the start
Running in circles, coming up tails
Heads on a silence apart
Nobody said it was easy
Oh it's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said that it would be this hard
Oh take me back to the start
I was just guessing at numbers and figures
Pulling your puzzles apart
Questions of science, science and progress
Do not speak as loud as my heart
Tell me you love me, come back and haunt me
Oh and I rush to the start
Running in circles, chasing our tails
Coming back as we are
Nobody said it was easy
Oh it's such a shame for us to part
Nobody said it was easy
No one ever said it would be so hard
I'm going back to the start
Oh ooh ooh ooh ooh ohh (x4)
Trouble
Oh no, I see,
I spun a web, it's tangled up with me,
And I lost my head,
The thought of all the stupid things I said,
Oh no what's this?
A spider web, and I'm caught in the middle,
I turned to run,
The thought of all the stupid things I've done,
I never meant to cause you trouble,
And I never meant to do you wrong,
And I, well if I ever caused you trouble,
O no, I never meant to do you harm.
Oh no I see,
A spider web and it's me in the middle,
So I twist and turn,
Here I am in love in a bubble,
Singing, I never meant to cause you trouble,
I never meant to do you wrong,
And I, well if I ever caused you trouble,
Although I never meant to do you harm.
They spun a web for me,
They spun a web for me,
They spun a web for me.
Steal my heart and hold my tongue.
I feel my time, my time has come.
Let me in, unlock the door.
I've never felt this way before.
The wheels just keep on turning,
The drummer begins to drum,
I don't know which way I'm going,
I don't know which way I've come.
Hold my hand inside your hands,
I need someone who understands.
I need someone, someone who hears,
For you, I've waited all these years.
For you, I'd wait 'til kingdom come.
Until my day, my day is done.
And say you'll come, and set me free,
Just say you'll wait, you'll wait for me.
In your tears and in your blood,
In your fire and in your flood,
I hear you laugh, I heard you say,
'I wouldn't change a single thing.'
The wheels just keep on turning,
The drummers begin to drum,
I don't know which way I'm going,
I don't know what I've become.
For you, I'd wait 'til kingdom come,
Until my days, my days are done.
Say you'll come and set me free,
Just say you'll wait, you'll wait for me.
Just say you'll wait, you'll wait for me.
Just say you'll wait, you'll wait for me. Til Kingdom Come
Snow Patrol
Run
I'll sing it one last time for you
Then we really have to go
You've been the only thing that's right
In all I've done
And I can barely look at you
But every single time I do
I know we'll make it anywhere
Away from here
Light up, light up
As if you have a choice
Even if you cannot hear my voice
I'll be right beside you dear
Louder louder
And we'll run for our lives
I can hardly speak I understand
Why you can't raise your voice to say
To think I might not see those eyes
Makes it so hard not to cry
And as we say our long goodbye
I nearly do
Light up...
Slower slower
We don't have time for that
All I want is to find an easier way
To get out of our little heads
Have heart my dear
We're bound to be afraid
Even if it's just for a few days
Making up for all this mess

The sixth commandment.
The Jewish teachers had taught, that nothing except actual murder was forbidden by the sixth commandment. Thus they explained away its spiritual meaning. Christ showed the full meaning of this commandment; according to which we must be judged hereafter, and therefore ought to be ruled now. All rash anger is heart murder. By our brother, here, we are to understand any person, though ever so much below us, for we are all made of one blood. to Raca, to is a scornful word, and comes from
pride: to Thou fool, to is a spiteful word, and comes from hatred. Malicious slanders and censures are poison that kills secretly and slowly. Christ told them that how light soever they made of these sins, they would certainly be called into judgment for them. We ought carefully to preserve Christian love and peace with all our brethren; and if at any time there is a quarrel, we should confess our fault, humble ourselves to our brother, making or offering satisfaction for wrong done in word or
deed: and we should do this quickly; because, till this is done, we are unfit for communion with God in holy ordinances. And when we are preparing for any religious exercises, it is good for us to make that an occasion of serious reflection and self-examination. What is here said is very applicable to our being reconciled to God through Christ. While we are alive, we are in the way to his judgement-seat; after death, it will be too late. When we consider the importance of the case, and the
uncertainty of life, how needful it is to seek peace with God, without delay! (Mt 5:27-32)

Christ commands us to go to one another an settle or our grievances
among one another, and if to reconcile our differences ,and if your brother or sister
comes to you asking for forgiveness we are called to forgive them ,just as
Christ forgives us

in the mist of my frustration
I got a little frustrated in my,I was thinking to my self Tuesday night I
dislike BCM night , but yet working out there is the same as like helping Lamadrid,or
The Ring,or Parkview,the BCM yet its not a church on its own its made up people from different churches its still one of the brides of Christ.I have just gotten real
frustrated about stupid silly little things ,so in the mist of my frustration
I am sorry, and think just because of my stupid silly frustration doesn't give me the right to neglect the bride of Christ or when I feel i need more help doing a
task and feel that if I do get what I want I just stop,which that is totally not me
i have let everything knot up,ball up, or just explode inside.

I love Jesus ,but I don't like some of your so called Christians
Bottom line of this edited post is you do not fall under an umbrella that you can judge others, and remember what ever you do to others you have done to Christ so if you Judge others you judge him as well.

my thoughts on tonights sermon
Tonights Sermon was about missions and hear are some notew and thought from me,on tonight !!
mo matter if your the bow or the arrow you play an important part in the Mission field,because the arrow cannot travel by it self, so you guys that have the role of being the bow thanks you because with out you this kinda stuff would not happen ,well maybe lets not say it wouldn't happen because the God we serve is a God that turns the impossible possible, but again that you those of you who are the bow sending us out.Josh also share tonight of how we don't just go down there and just put on stuff and leave , no we serve along side with the church in Mexico ,and I have to tell you it is awesome to help them and serve along side of the missionaries in Mexico!!
I want to share with you something from me personally,I am alot like Josh in my Experiences with missions ,I know he said something about when he wen on the past trip along time ago with the BCM and just how they did things and no real relationship was built with the the people in Mexico ,and something else josh said that I totally 100 percent agree on is that we do go to just do stuff we do go to put on stuff for them and do all these building things for them and here is why I so totally agree with Josh where I used to go to church Our youth Pastor used to brag on Our church going to Jamaica of how they would go over the summer just to build these houses and leave ,the Church would basically build like ten house that took the Jamaicans 5 years to build there was never any talk of the relationship being built.In my mind that is nothing more than the Boy Scouts going to build things ,god called use not just help Our neighbor but also build relationship that reflect him and to make disciples of others . I will share some of the things I experienced in a later post ,this post is not really about me but more of how the sermon about tonight and thanking the bow for sending us out .One last thing Thank you again!!!!

Takeing up my cross
Luke 9:23-25 (Contemporary English Version)
23Then Jesus said to all the people:
If any of you want to be my followers, you must forget about yourself. You must take up your cross each day and follow me. 24If you want to save your life, [a] you will destroy it. But if you give up your life for me, you will save it. 25What will you gain, if you own the whole world but destroy yourself or waste your life?

so with that being said if God has The Ring moving to the BCM or where ever thats where I am going!!!!

Excited yet sad
I am so excited that we the Ring Community church are moving,and i will be even more excited when we finally have a place of our own,but in the mist of all this excitement
comes the sadness, because we will be leaving Parkview Baptist church and this mean something else that gonna be painful I have to say Good bye to the View. This is gonna be ruff for me because I won't be there,yes sure 99% of those kids either have my cell number or know how to get in touch with me if they ever need me when I am gone.

I no longer
I no longer let people walk all over me,because I feel it wrong to walk over some one else or make them look bad and I hate the attitude of my way or the high way ,but if you lie and tell someone i have that attitude I will give you a definition of my way or the high way just not just to stick it to you and say your wrong ,but to point out your false perceptions of me.
a feeling
well since I no long work for Gary Garrety ,My Aunt's Father n law , there were some underlying issues an if any of you wanna talk o me about what happened I will share, but basically over the phone when my mom talked to him he told her that i had an attitude about working on computers ,he wanted me to get the list of how Cajun clickers does a pc tune up which was cool I am a member of that computer club I am familiar ,and I help out up there ith all kinda of stuff from pc tune ups to repairs,to helping the Linux sig ,I was welcomed in to the club right now on the active members I am on of the youngest and I am highly respected among that computer club because I try to be out going and help people,and I follow rules and don't have a problem with their guidelines ,but when I was working for Gary he rents an office in the back from them and he is a member up there too,he told my mom i have an atitube up there that its my way or the high way ,which my mom looked at me and she is like that is not like you I don't believe him and after hearing from other members that what gary said was not true ,here is my response to him because i do not let people do stuff to me to make me look bad nor would I do something like to someone else its wrong with a capital W. enjoy the video response by Limp Bizkit....

poping the bubble
I have really been thing about the whole Christian bubble thing,and what I have been comparing the Christian bubble to is the movie the boy in the bubble ,he is in inside the bubble to protect him self from germs and other stuff because of his immune system, but as followers of Christ we are supposed to be ambassadors of Christ and show Christ to others we need to step out of our protection bubbles and build relationships but not with the one agenda of oh I must get them saved then let them go but to build that relationship ti learn from each other and grow znd find healthy ways of working together and help each other.

ilazy
I am getting out of my laziness
src="http://michaelmontgomery.net/images/58.jpg" border="0" alt="" />
Last semester in community group, I without warning said @ the end of community group that I really feel i have become lazy and next wee I and not gonna bring my laptop to read the bible on biblegateway.com because i have have because i got to wear I couldn't look up stuff in church because i had become so dependent that i forgot the order of the books and how to find them ,and yippee i broke my self of that habit and not I am using my bible instead of relying on a machine and web page to do my looking for me.So,about 3 weeks later without warning @ the end of community group my community group lead Adam say the same exact thing as me and told everyone he was not gonna rely on his laptop and the internet either for the say reason he has had become to dependent.
James 1:19-30 (New International Version)
19My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. 21Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.
22Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror 24and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it—he will be blessed in what he does.
26If anyone considers himself religious and yet does not keep a tight rein on his tongue, he deceives himself and his religion is worthless. 27Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
looking back on who i am
I have always said this that because of one of my passions is to help people with their computers ,was not to be some where I am like @ a computer shop where you you just pay me to fix your computer with out me just sitting one on one with you and just show you how to take care of your computer problems for you,i don't mean this in a negative way but I like to show people and explain stuff not just someone using me as person to take of their stuff so they don't have to,what I have said all along is I want to help people not just be their clean sweep maid.

this is one song I just love
I will tell you I fell in love with the song when Joe cause played this song and put it on his website ,I think Joe did a better job vocal wise on this song .What confuses me about Radiohead's music is all of their music has a sad tune to it,but i love Radiohead their vocals are amazing, to tell ya the truth I am a fan of a lot of British bands,I guess that has something to do with me being half British and growing up listing to a lot of great music and 95 percent of the artist were British!!

Who are we trying to impress here?
Do you think God is impressed with us caring around bumper stickers, and slapping wwJD bracelets on if we are not really representing him with out actions ? I no i not perfect and I don't alway do a good job representing Christ, but with all of that stuff that makes look like a walking billboard is it really necessary ,because its not like you can take that stuff with you when you die

Jesse tree
Starting on December 1st with an empty banner or tree, a reminder ornament is hung each day until Christmas Day when the Christ child in the manger and star are placed at the top. A Bible verse is read, and the story reviewed. These devotions allow time every day for sharing with your children, or meditating with God's Word on your own.
We started our Jesse Tree family devotions over fifteen years ago, and have used it with children from infancy to age 25. It has helped us focus on God, and has become the most meaningful tradition of the season. You too can make the Jesse Tree a tradition that can come to be the most memorable part of the season.
Jesse was the father of King David. The idea of the Jesse Tree comes from Isaiah 11:1-9, where God promises a discouraged nation that the glory they remember from David’s time will come again. They will have another king from Jesse’s family, in whose reign the whole earth will know God. As a Christian, we see that promise fulfilled in Jesus, and so we use a Jesse Tree and decorate it with reminders of how God prepared the world for that kingdom.

sometimes
there are many thing about me some you may know and some I don't make known to much.to start off you all know I love computers thats just a given if you are around me you know that a is right off the bat one of my intrest ,but what you may not know is parts of my life where I just basicly need to step away from computers and other electronics and just need down time to just sit and gather my thoughs and just ponder. Another thing is sometimes I just need to have my one on one times with friends to talk about issues,and to catch up on whats going in their life as well.sometimes I just need that shoulder to lean on ,like the song goes "lean on me when your not strong",but its not really so much that I am weak its more I just need someone to listen and just be there for me.

post a secret
ipods
In early October, Apple began hyping the iPod's release (which was still a secret from the press after eight months of development). The hype culminated in an announcement that Apple would make a major announcement on October 23, 2001, and that it was "not Mac".
Rumors immediately flared up about a revitalized Newton or PVR, but no major site predicted that Apple would release an MP3 player.
The iPod was announced to the world from a rented auditorium near Apple's corporate campus in Cupertino. The audience - and the rest of the computer industry - was shocked by the product. No one grasped the importance of the device to Apple and the music industry in general until much later. Many reacted to the product with hostility, with criticisms that ranged from its $400 price to the scroll wheel and its lack of Windows compatibility.
A month later, the iPod was released in Europe to an enthusiastic reception. As more units sold, an entire ecosystem began to form around the device, as new accessories and software products were released.
A 10 GB version of the 1G (1st generation) iPod was introduced later.
Going Windows
The most popular iPod accessory was a utility that allowed users to sync an iPod's playlists with a Windows PC. Apple took note and made the July 2002 version of the iPod - now with as much as 20 GB of storage space - compatible with Windows PC through MusicMatch. Apple also included PIM software on the iPod.
The original spinning scroll wheel was replaced by a solid state scroll wheel similar to a notebook's touchpad. It continued to be surrounded by a ring of buttons just like the 1G iPod.
Madonna iPodTo the surprise of many, Apple started engraving iPods with text and even graphics. Several bands and companies licensed their logos to Apple, which engraved them on the back of the device. These new "special" iPods were available in time for the 2002 Christmas shopping season.
iPod: The 3rd Generation
Another hardware revision came in April 2003, bringing the iPod into its third generation. In a packed hall, Steve Jobs announced the new revision, which had no mechanical buttons. The function buttons were moved to just below the screen and were solid state, like the scroll wheel.
The new version also sported a new dock connector that supported both FireWire and USB 2.0, making it easier for PC users to connect to their iPods, since few Windows PC had FireWire ports. Capacities ranged from 10 GB up to 40 GB.
With the 3G iPod, Apple moved from the lithium polymer batteries found in 1G and 2G iPods to lithium-ion batteries, which would power all future iPods.
The most important update to the iPod was not actually a hardware or software feature. It was the fulfillment of Tony Fadell's goal of creating an entire business around the iPod.
The iTunes Music Store (iTMS) was announced in the summer of 2003 and opened days later. Now, the iPod had a fully legal supply of content, and made it easier for Apple to rationalize cutting the price of the iPod now that it had another revenues source.
This also marked the beginning of the end of Apple's relationship with MusicMatch, which also launched its own music store. Tracks purchased from MusicMatch could not be played on an iPod. To the disappointment of many PC users, iTMS required iTunes, which was only available for Mac OS X until June of 2003. Then Apple released iTunes for the PC, allowing Windows users to access the iTMS. Along with the iTMS, Apple also bumped up the capacity of the iPod, without changing the design.
All was not well for Apple and the iPod, though. Many of the Sony batteries used in the original iPod were beginning to fail by autumn of 2003. A class action suit was brought against the company, and Apple eventually agreed to replace the iPod's battery, even if it was out of warranty (though those customers had to pay a $99 fee).
Smaller: iPod mini
Rumors of a new version of the iPod flew as Toshiba announced that it had created a hard drive about half the size of the one used in the iPod. It was rumored that such an iPod would cost a little over $70 to make, making it possible to compete with high-end flash players that still dominated the market. During the January 2004 Macworld Expo keynote address, Jobs announced several revisions to the iPod line, all of them price breaks. During the last fifteen minutes, he announced that there would be a new member of the iPod family, the iPod mini.
iPod miniThe mini was based on a Hitachi drive the same size of the new Toshiba drive, and it had a capacity of 4 GB. In homage to the iMac, the mini was available in five different colors: blue, green, pink, silver, and gold. Because of its size, the controls of the iPod had to be rearranged to fit on the mini. The function buttons were moved to the scroll wheel. The mini also had a smaller screen. At $249, the mini cost much less than many flash-based players available at the time, and it had a much higher capacity.
Also at the Expo, Apple released a retouched 1984 ad that featured the runner wearing the signature white earbuds of the iPod.
A second generation iPod mini was introduced in February 2005 with a new chipset, much longer battery life (18 hours vs. 8 hours), and a 6 GB version was added. The unpopular gold finish was discontinued.
The 4th Generation iPod
HP, which had sold several flash-based MP3 players under the Compaq brand in the late nineties, wanted in on the iPod game. The behemoth (then the largest PC manufacturer in the world) did not want to invest in creating its own player or adopt Microsoft's struggling format (later named Plays4Sure) and reached an agreement with Apple to remarket the iPod under the HP brand and include iTunes on all consumer computers the company sold.
The agreement came to fruition in 2004 with the HP+iPod line. The HP name got the iPod into many retailers that did not sell Apple products, such as Wal-Mart.
The iPod was a huge hit. Apple had sold millions of devices and was raking in money (although barely making a profit from iTMS). BMW outfitted all of its vehicles with an iPod interface that allows BMW owners to play their music over the BMW's sound system and control their iPod through the steering wheel.
In mid-2004, Newsweek featured the iPod and Steve Jobs on the front cover. The article contained a short story on the history of the iPod and Apple's announcement of the fourth generation iPod, which was slightly smaller than the third generation iPod and had the same clickwheel introduced with the iPod mini. The new version also meant a price drop across the board for all iPods (except the mini). The HP+iPod was also released in July 2004.

The HP+iPod was also released in July 2004.

what i have discovered
What i have discovered is that CD_R disk being 700MB will go into a DVD-R disk about
6 times do the math 700MBx6 4,200MB
DVD-R disk = 4.7GB thats 512x8 so that 8 512MB flash drives.
so back to the CD-R disk i saw in Office Depot's sale paper they have a special 12.99 for a hundred pack of CD'R disk ok so 12.99 comes out after tax around 15.00 so you divide 100 cds and that about 15 cents a cd thats not bad at all to me!!

Lately
Lately more than ever the fight to stop dog fighting this has been on my heart, I think anyone that could do such horrible mean cruel thing to not just dog but any animal is so wrong,its down right sick and evil. I can't tell you how bad i wanna go and beat the devil out of Micheal Vick, i know i am a Christian I should not promote violence ,but those poor dogs and I have heard people say well the kills over seas is more important to stop than dog fighting,because its people dieing but what they fail to realize is that God created animals too,animals are just as important as humans.

Portable applications that run from a USB device
This is something I have been getting into lately, one because on the computer repare sigs @ Cajun clickers I will have my anti virus and spyware tools to scan the computer for those type of issues,and also I have tools on disk so if they have usb 1.0 and not 2.0 I can scan faster and sometimes the apps do not like usb 1.0. The other day I got a call from Papi my Aunts father n law who also in Cajun Clickers who teaches a class on quicken,he has some laptops that he needs to be cleaned up and asked me if I would clean them up for him,I am totally honored to do this means so much to me to be asked to do this for someone ,because this is the kinda stuff I love to do for people.
